Fee Policy
- The School Annual Fee is payable for the entire 12 months of the year from April to March and it may be paid in four instalments or all at once. The last dates for each quarter are 20th April, 20th July, 20th October & 20th January (without a late fee).
- If the dues are not cleared before the last date, then a late fine of Rs.150/- for the rest of the days of that month and thereafter Rs.50/- per day will be charged.
- Reminders will not be sent to the parents to inform them to deposit the school fee as the schedule to deposit the fee is already provided herewith and is also given in the Student’s Diary & School calendar.
- Fee must be paid online. It can be paid using our school app or by visiting our school website www.stteresasschooljpr.in and clicking on the eshiksha tab.
- Fee once deposited will not be refunded.
- Fee may be increased every year.
- A dishonoured cheque is a legal offence. In case of a dishonoured cheque, an amount of Rs.500/- shall be charged and the same has to be deposited at the school office in cash.
- The school transportation fee should be deposited online before the last date; thereafter, a fine of Rs.100/- shall be charged. The transportation fee will not be adjusted against any other fee.
- No partial or monthly payment is accepted.
- If anyone intends to discontinue his/her studies from this school after the X board examinations and wants to join any other school, then he/she needs to apply for the transfer certificate before 31st March of the year or else will be required to deposit the quarter's fees regardless of the fact that they attended the classes or not.
- Regular fee defaulters will eventually be struck off from the school rolls and will be terminated from appearing in the final examination.
